Customize Thralls via command console. I've been doing some research into customizing thralls to better manage them on my server and to make it a more enjoyable time to collect and invest time in personal guards. So far I've only found commands to alter attributes directly, is there something to change their perks and growth chances etc ?The stats they gain are pretty much random, but they have a percentage value that affects if that stat will grow on level up. These can be slightly increased by feeding some specific food to the thrall, but only by 7+7% or 14%.

Even with the HP nerf to thralls, a full set of armor made by a T4 armorer will add only 10% HP to a mid-tier thrall and 5% or less to a top-tier thrall. Plan on giving your thralls armor that buffs the damage of their weapon type. Just like purges, your thrall potential goes up the further north you go. I can’t remember if I get a level 0 teimos to level 17 in one or two passes through shattered springs. Plus you get to stock up on brimstone at the same time.
