My 2001 Buick LeSabre brake lights, turn signals and hazard lights are not working, but the center high mounted brake light does work. When the key is off, hazards flash fast; with the key on, they do not come on. We have replaced the turn signal/hazard flasher module but this has not fixed the problem.
