Rey 3v3 counter
Best counter to Rey in 3v3 using SEE? I’m leaning towards SEE + Wat because I don’t think Rey can get through the prot regen. I’m open to suggestions though. Opponents 3v3 is Rey, Holdo, Hoda (hermit yoda) and of course Rey is modded for health. So many of the counters used to beat Rey in normal 5v5 can’t be used in 3v3. It seems that the only combination that work are other GL’s. So if that’s the case …It will still work against a Relic 7 Rey. It is unclear if this counter will work against an R8+ Rey, due to the changes to sudden whirlwind. Edit 2: Ive gotten some feedback (including from ThePlaybook himself) that Vader may still work against Rey. Be on the lookout for theorycrafters to possibly find a way to get this counter running again.Took about all but Rey in his top front but can’t beat it 3v3. There’s no viable counter outside of an RNG cheese fest that then requires top tier R7 toons that break up multiple other teams. I set top tier defenses and he saved his best outside of Rey for offense and still cleared me. Rey 3v3 is a cheat code.

Afaik, it might be impossible to non-GL 3v3 counter a Rey across multiple battles, and at that point, it just ruins the game mode for a large swath of players.
