One of my best ones is +5 in Ki, stamina, and supers, 0 in health, and -5 in basic and strike that I use for my female saiyan. Apr 13, 2015 · the only workable balanced build is super strike+basic attack and youd still probably be served better to pick 100 in strike and leave basic attack alone. and then its only useful for a female saiyan. male saiyans are only good for basic attack builds. there is no way for you to get a decent amount of everything. Honestly, hyper movement is still too good to give up on. Also I'd say evil explosion is a lot better than Big Bang kamehameha for 2 reasons. Faster in terms of charge up and it's really hard to notice the charge motion cuz there are no particle effects. Paired with a soul that also gives ki regen, you will be obtaining ki at a really good rate, even when transformed. Offensively, the rest of the build is pretty much the same as that of either a ki blaster saiyan or a melee saiyan. SSB gives an equal boost to all attacks, after all.
